Unhappy customer
I bought a Queen size bed Himalaya base set at Sleepmasters N1 City in Cape town on June this year .The bed is already uncomfortable and have dips on it .I called Sleepmasters on the 16October 2025 to lodge at complaint and was advised the matter is escalated to the supplier I should get a call within a week .Till this day I have not gotten any response .I would appreciate any feedback at this point .

03 Nov 2025, 09:54Hi Nonthando, if the mattress was purchased at one of the JD stores (Russels, Morkels, Joshua Doore, Bradlows, Price n Pride, Barnetts, Sleepmasters) the complaint has to be logged with one of their stores as it has to go via their head office.

03 Nov 2025, 10:07if you cannot provide me with JD reference no we cannot assist, i would suggest that you contact them for the ref, no this means the complaint was never logged if you do not have JD ticket no.
