Poor service at Eden Gardens Private Hospital

On the morning of 17 October 2025, I was informed that I was scheduled for an X-ray that same morning. I was asked by nurses when lasy I ate. I informed them that I ate at 9pm the night before. I was therefore not allowed to eat breakfast in preparation. I waited to be taken for the scan. At around 12pm, I informed that the scan was rescheduled ro tomorrow. I would therefore not be allowed to eat solid foods until the following day. This would mean that I would be starved for 48 hours. Had proper procedure been followed, I would have been allowed to have breakfast.

I am diaberic. It is crucial that I do not skip meals. As I type this, my blood sugar level is dangerously low. The nurses have not been helpful at all and refuse to intervene. This experience has left me feeling absolutely miserable. I will be informing anyone and everyone in my circle to not come to this hospital anymore.
