Lies, incompetence, regret

This business takes on jobs beyond their capabilities. They showed up 2-3 days of the week, had to redo work multiple times, **** about ordering stock for our landscaping project. We parted ways with Johan after we realised he talked a big game but only took on our project to fund his other projects. We both agreed to a refund for work not completed, we even suggested a figure that was below what was actually owed.

Johan agreed to give us back that money, after 2 long years of drips and drabs and loooong stories from Johan I have had enough of his lies. He has not completely refunded us, he never will.
