Synium Property Group is refusing to refund deposit and threatening me with lawyers

I stayed here for 2 years. It’s a terrible complex, terribly managed. The managing agent for my unit is Synium Property Group and Jade Africa.

I moved out and Marelize Junium, the agent, is threatening me with their lawyers for requesting my deposit refund. They are using their legal muscle to stop me from getting my money back.
