Writing this review makes me sad because I actually like Luxoria. I’ve had a great experience with them the past 2 years until yesterday. I went for micro needling and it was the worst experience. The whole point of micro needling is for needles to touch your face in order to fight dark spots. The needles didn’t touch me at all, I kept telling the the******. A day later, my face looks exactly the same, no discomfort, no redness. Their explanation is that the the****** that did my face is their best so they can’t help me. I requested contact with management and was told that’s not possible. Don’t waste your money. I threw away my money.
I bought my usual grocery too ups on the Woolies Dash app. I received my orders and packed up everything and when I took out the chicken wings, they were green or had green parts.
I got ****med by a **** Carrol Boyce website and i made the payment using my FNB card on 25 August 2025. On 1st September, i filled the FNBcard dispute form and 15 days later there is no communication from FNB and i need my refund. I hate that FNB's customer service is this bad lately, it defeats the purpose f having a private clients account.
FNB is extremely draining. My account was falsely reported by a disgruntled tenant as a *****. I sent them the lease, correspondence with the tenant and all the required documents including police paperwork. The investigator, Beverly Nukeri has been ignoring my emails since 16 July, It is now 11 September. My account has been frozen and I am receiving no communication or assistance from FNB. fyi, If someone falsely reports your account, FNB Will freeze your accounts and you will have no access to your funds and your bills will not be paid.
If u could give them a 0 I would. I joined with them and got into an accident. And they are telling me I have 2x extra accesses that they never mentioned. There is an extra access for having a drivers licence for less than 3 years and an additional access for being with them for less than 6months. None of this was told to me when I joined. I should’ve listened to the other reviews. Don’t do it. Cancel your insurance and join more truthful companies. I will be cancelling my insurance and fixing my car myself
I stayed here for 2 years. It’s a terrible complex, terribly managed. The managing agent for my unit is Synium Property Group and Jade Africa. I moved out and Marelize Junium, the agent, is threatening me with their lawyers for requesting my deposit refund. They are using their legal muscle to stop me from getting my money back.
These people said if they can match my current insurance, they will give me a R500 Takealot voucher. After comparing my current insurance with them and realising they are MORE EXPENSIVE THAN PINEAPPLE, they refused to give me the promised R500 Takealot voucher. Now they suddenly changed their terms and I don’t qualify, after telling them they are too expensive. ****
I was stuck on the side of the road from a Dr Appointment, I’ve been sick and when I drove to the Dr it didn’t even occur to me to check fuel. On my way home, I got stuck, I called the petrol helpline and within less than 30minutes, they had sent someone to bring me 10L of petrol and I managed to get home safely. I am impressed with their service. Highly recommend especially for women
I have both a service and warranty with innovation and I am extremely unhappy. I booked for a service and they are refusing to pay for some of the things because “they already paid the previous year when I did a service”. No where in the plan does it say, a service can only be done once. They are refusing paying for brake fluid and labor. What’s the point of the service then? I have been with them since 2013 and I have not been happy 1 bit. Listen to all the reviews and don’t take cover with these people, save yourself the headache.
I bought a 2 year warrantee from these people. I was sent a policy that said it will unlimited as long as I am up to date with my service. Now, I took my car in and they are refusing to pay. They are knit picking and coming up with different excuses. I regret buying this warranty from them. Learn from my mistakes, don’t buy their warranty
