I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction following two consecutive unsatisfactory experiences at Edge for Men, Tygervalley.

Two weeks prior, a beard trim resulted in a significant neck cut due to substandard equipment. Today, despite a confirmed 10:00 AM appointment, I was left waiting until 10:30 AM without any communication or acknowledgment. Notably, the franchise owner was present but made no effort to address the delay or engage with waiting clients.

As a CEO, my time is invaluable, and such disregard for client appointments and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable.

I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of service standards and customer engagement protocols at this establishment.
