I took my new vehicle in for a service on the 30th October 2023, and made an inquiry about an issue that should be covered by the warrantee. Upon collecting my vehicle they assured me they would revert with a resolution the following day. I found this acceptable and departed. Subsequently, I have had to follow up and have done so several times to date. I am always given the runaround every time and they always assure me they will get back to me within the course of the day with a resolution. They have still not called me once with any feedback almost two whole months later. I'm not a happy customer :-(
