I took my new vehicle in for a service on the 30th October 2023, and made an inquiry about an issue that should be covered by the warrantee. Upon collecting my vehicle they assured me they would revert with a resolution the following day. I found this acceptable and departed. Subsequently, I have had to follow up and have done so several times to date. I am always given the runaround every time and they always assure me they will get back to me within the course of the day with a resolution. They have still not called me once with any feedback almost two whole months later. I'm not a happy customer :-(
I have been a customer of FNB for over 20 years. When I was doing better financially, they convinced me to move to a Platinum Acc to benefit from additional perks and services. In recent years, things haven't been great and so I made a request in Aug 2022 to downgrade my account to a Gold Acc, which they did in part, in that it reflects that change on my statements and internet banking. They have however continued to charge me the full Platinum Acc fees ever since. I have made several complaints, even going into my branch to try to resolve the matter, yet they cannot seem to resolve this simple request. My branch simply defers blame to another department and so it never gets resolved. I am seriously ****ed and concerned they are unable to assist me with more serious matters...
I contacted Mweb to assist us with fiber for our home in Durban in late Feb 2022. They responded promptly by getting Metrofiber to do the installation from the street access point to our home, no problem. Since then however, we have had intermittent to no internet for hours at a time. I have logged numerous complaints first on ticket MWB20355235 and they simply closed that ticket off without assisting me. So I started a new ticket MWB20486242. To date we are approaching 60 days and I still have no internet and Mweb simply don't give a damn! They are happy to bill but don't seem to know what customer service looks like. I am happy to tell all my friends not to make use of this service provider.
Do not do business with this company! They will promise you the world and then let you down at every turn. We are based in DBN but purchased a vehicle from them (Menlyn branch) in October 2021. We have been waiting for the reg plates which they have charged for, and have insisted it would be done within a week. I'm still waiting for plates now in December. It's such a simple thing to resolve on their part as they deal with these requests daily, yet they choose to take no responsibility and do not even return calls, WhatsApp, emails. It's an absolute disgrace! I can't actually believe that businesses like this continue to thrive in our market?
<p>I placed an order online through their Multiply link on the 13th April for a simple printer, nothing imported. placing the order, I was debited the full amount but did not even so much as receive an acknowledgement of purchase. I had still not received product by the 8th May so started communication with the group only to be told the supplier was having difficulty fulfilling the order! That’s 25 full days after placing the order and not a single follow up from Momentum at this point.</p> <p> </p> <p>I of course tell them that’s unacceptable and to please process a full refund. It is now the 15th May and I have still not received my refund or even so much as received a written apology for the inconvenience. I have ordered things from the States and received the items within 3 days, why can they not sort something this simple out in their own country? A very poor reflection on such a recognised brand with all their big talk…. </p>
