TOTAL RIP-OFFS

I booked a rental vehicle through them. upon collection i could not get the vehicle because my business cheque card was not accepted for the deposit by woodford. Woodford was unhelpful and referred me to the third party cartrawler. Cartrawler is so unprofessional you deal with them via whatsapp only. I requested for my booking to be transferred to another SP who's willing to assist me, Cartrawler said their system does not allow for it and they cannot do a refund. i was left woman alone in a foreign province stranded. This exact card is recognized as a credit card due to the type of chip it has. Just last month I have rented a vehicle from woodford in cape town with it and the deposit was held on the card, and what was left of it was released a few days later. when i told the woodford staff to check they responded by saying it shouldnt have happened. Everyone is nonchalont and edreams cars/cartrawler are just busy with ****gary. Everyone passes the buck because now cartrawler is saying they dont have control over woodford and woodford said they never received the money i should deal with cartrawler but they are all in partnership, surely my situation is not unique.
