DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS – THEY ARE RIP-OFFS! Hi-Fi World, owned by Rahman, sells broken products as new and refuses to refund or provide replacements. I purchased two faulty printers and had to personally refund my clients to maintain my reputation—something Rahman refuses to do. His exact words to me were, "I am not going to cut off my leg," showing his total disregard for customer satisfaction. Despite spending thousands over two years on fridges, freezers, smart TVs, and more, I was met with dishonest business practices. He is only in it for the money and has no concern for loyal customers. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HE IS A *****. The good revoews are from their staff members
I booked a rental vehicle through them. upon collection i could not get the vehicle because my business cheque card was not accepted for the deposit by woodford. Woodford was unhelpful and referred me to the third party cartrawler. Cartrawler is so unprofessional you deal with them via whatsapp only. I requested for my booking to be transferred to another SP who's willing to assist me, Cartrawler said their system does not allow for it and they cannot do a refund. i was left woman alone in a foreign province stranded. This exact card is recognized as a credit card due to the type of chip it has. Just last month I have rented a vehicle from woodford in cape town with it and the deposit was held on the card, and what was left of it was released a few days later. when i told the woodford staff to check they responded by saying it shouldnt have happened. Everyone is nonchalont and edreams cars/cartrawler are just busy with ****gary. Everyone passes the buck because now cartrawler is saying they dont have control over woodford and woodford said they never received the money i should deal with cartrawler but they are all in partnership, surely my situation is not unique. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE NOT INTERESTED IN THE WELL-BEING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS OR RENDERING A SERVICE

In 2017 my mom bought a Picanto from Kia, the deal she got and stated in her contract say that she will get an unlimited service plan for 5 years. Her car must be serviced for the 60 000km now they are telling her she needs to pay for it. The branch she bought the car from agrees that she should not be paying but all their branches are not linked systematically. They told her to link the system takes a day or 2 and then she can take the car for service. It has been 2 weeks,she is almost 2000km over 60 000km and everyday its a different excuse. The funniest excuse they came up was that her car's deal was used on another car similar to hers. I feel they a bunch of crooks and their after service sucks and is extremely unprofessional.
They a are misleading,greedy for money and unprofessional liars.
I visited this branch on Saturday 6 Feb 2016 at 14:53. Ordered 4 zinger wings, Mojito, strawberry krusher, very berry krusher and the Cadbury krusher. We were given 2 very berries instead of a strawberry krusher and 1 very berry. When we pointed out the mistake the manager who was near the drive through shouted at us to wait in the parking area. I refused and told him that it does not take long to make a krusher and why can't they just give it. He became extremely rude, so much so, that he wanted to get physical with me and I showed him no fear. My husband eventually moved the vehicle from the window and the manager, who refused to give his name told us, \never argue with the people you order food from and who prepares your food\".I took his threat very serious and demanded my money back. This is a major concern and I will go viral with this statement of this management, through media and word of mouth because who knows what he and his staff does with the food behind the scenes."
I have lodged a complaint about this branch on the 22nd dec 2015. The manager responded on the 23rd and to date I am still awaiting a response from him. The staff is only as good as the manager and I am sorry to say but the management of this branch has no knowledge of what there jobs entail because even on the day of my bad experience there was a manager present and she too did not know how to conduct herself. Won't eat at this branch and i will tell people to avoid it too.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service im getting from budget.Theres all sorts of hidden costs that one hears of when it comes to claims.You dont stick to debit order dates and you completely unprofessional and a bunch of rip offs.i will be terminating my service with you and will make it my duty to tell people about the worst service you offer.
The service is the worst.i waited almost 20 minutes to place an order with only 2 persons before me.staff is chatting and laughing around in front of clients not working.when i complained by the manager she had an attitude.Will not visit this branch again.
My uncle bought an xbox of approximately R8000 22 August 2015. He opened an account at the said branch on 22 August 2015 and paid a deposit of R650. The product was delivered at his residents in order to verify the given address.My uncle nor his wife was at home to sign for the product so the delivery staff requested that there 12 year old minor child sign for it.When my uncle returned home he noticed that the box wasn't sealed nor does it have the protective plastic around the box. He enquired from his daughter whether she had opened the box whereupon she responded no.When he opened the box to remove the product he noticed that the manuals is missing.He immediately opened the branch where he spoke to jill.Jill ingormed him that Ivan (sales person who assisted him)wasnt available but she would relay the message.He further switched the product on and noticed its completely defective. The branch refuses to accept responsibility and is doing nothing to resolve the matter.This is the worst service I have ever heard of and I will broadcast this to everyone and will not recommend anyone to buy at this store.
