When I first brought son to Edublox Phalaborwa centre, I had told myself that it was my last hope. I had just received his psychological report from a local educational psycologist. In the report I learnt that my son had Autism Spectrum disorder and I was told that "your son will not be successful in mainstream education." Today I stand in awe at what and who he has become all thanks to the centre. Today my son can read and write, he has friends and a social life, all which I had never experienced with him before coming to the centre. I cannot thank the tutors at Edublox Phalaborwa enough for the hard work they have done in helping my son. Today my son is an integrated member of society and a scholar like any other child, all thanks to their hard work and their dedication, not forgetting their prayers for my son. I recommend Edublox 100%!!!

I enrolled my son at Edublox Northcliff after catching their billboard on 14th Avenue - the emphasis is on: "Struggling learners" and that "Edublox clinics specialise in cognitive training that makes learners smarter, and helps them learn and read faster, easier, and better". My son is diagnosed with ADHD and I went to great lengths to explain his learning challenges to Emma who owns the Northcliff franchise. I would ask my son what kind of tuition he was getting and it appeared to be very mainstream type tutoring - I would be paying between 1500 - 3000 p/m for this resource. I even tried to set up sessions with his teachers at school and the Edublox tutors, which was declined as not required. After raising this concern with Emma again, after the end of term 3 and recognising that there was zero improvement, she simply said: we are not the right fit and I think you should take your son elsewhere. I am appalled to say the least because I feel that the entire concept of supporting kids with special needs is used as a hook and that no specialised/remedial expertise resides at Edublox to focus on this kind of need. The maths was somewhat working and when I tried to get the maths tutor's details, who was shaking with fear when I tried to ask him for his number, I was blocked. R17 000 later.

I wanted to assist my daughter with her reading, so I heard about edublox and joined online and paid immediately. I was so excited. however, I was struggling to use the services and I called the next day as soon as I got to work and tried to get assistance, I was not successful so I tried to contact the brunch in Phalaborwa to see if they could assist me and they did try but they said a guy by the name bongani would call me and the never did. i tried calling back and I spoke to a lady and she said she can't help me cause i registered online if I want to join then I should pay Registration fee and payment for an assessment and then the actual lessons and that payment should be done monthly and it came up to R1500 if I'm not mistaken on top of the R750 I had already paid online and I decided to just let the whole thing go and I was not about to waste even more money because they could not even help me use the online services. next month they deducted 750 from my account and I called back to get a refund as I won't be using them and as I haven't used them because they were not helpful to begin with. I called and called to get assistance and to try and get my money back and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back and I called today 2weeks later and they told me someone will call me back again and I guess it's just a waiting game now.

The best center that has assisted my son in the most incredible manner, he was struggling with his academics. We joined him with edublox one on one sessions which are incredibly showing us nothing but great results. His confidence level is unbelievable. Thank you Edublox for a great job you're doing for my son.

My child did the intensive one-on-one cognitive development course in November 2021 and I could see the results immediately! Teachers noticed a significant difference in the way she engaged and started to gained her confidence! We continued Edublox classes for a year and she is still doing one on one zoom lesssons weekly. the team at Edublox are invested in seeing development in your child and willing to adapt the lessons to her specific needs. If anyone is considering it, I would highly recommend the intensive one-on-one cognitive development course.

My child did the intensive one-on-one cognitive development course in Aug 2021 and I could see the results in the next term's report card already! More than that, right after the intensive course, the teachers and everyone in our close group of friends noticed a significant difference in the way she engaged. She had gained confidence! It was obvious. We then did the Edublox classes for a year and, academically and socially, it was her best year ever! Now we are enrolled for another year of Mathblox. Thank you Edublox for changing our lives for the better! We chose the road less travelled and it made all the difference! If anyone is considering it, I would highly recommend the intensive one-on-one cognitive development course.

<div>I paid R 8840.00 for a 1 on 1 Course, to Edublox to assist my child with reading, maths and learning services. When Googling them, that is what they specialise in. Afterwards the one on one, Edublox only have me an assessment for form perception, memory skills, logical thinking and eye span. There was no report for the reading, matchs and learning services. In the interview and as per a pamphlet, Edublox has open on Sat. and when I asked them to book my child for Sat. Sessions, they ignored me. I feel that I have been **** of R 8840.00 invest that I paid to assist my child with educationally. I wrote a complaint to Edublox and all they said was, they fokus on cognitive thinking. My son didn't improve at all educationally after paying R 8840.00.</div>
