2022 Refund request unpaid. Sies

I have requested for my refund since July 2022 but to date i haven't received it. I have sent every document required since 2022 but i am told they are waiting for approval, i mean 3 year long wait that's bs. I have a group of new colleagues who are interested to study with damelin like i did but i unfortunately cannot refer them to these ******* institution. Funny enough the amount to be refunded is only R3000 but it takes them over 3 years to pay it back. Sbu 0763251475
