2022 Refund request unpaid. Sies
I have requested for my refund since July 2022 but to date i haven't received it. I have sent every document required since 2022 but i am told they are waiting for approval, i mean 3 year long wait that's bs. I have a group of new colleagues who are interested to study with damelin like i did but i unfortunately cannot refer them to these ******* institution. Funny enough the amount to be refunded is only R3000 but it takes them over 3 years to pay it back. Sbu 0763251475

No refund, 6 months already.
I have requested a refund from Damelin on the 25th of July 2022 and i was told it may take 90 days for my refund to be paid but to date no response or any feedback from them. I had a number of colleagues who wanted to study with Damelin but i warned them against it thanks to Damelin's poor customer service.

Unethical Telkom
My name is Sbu ( 065 843 6787 ) On the 29th of February 2020 i bought a R20 telkom prepaid airtime via my banking app and on my bank account the amount was deducted but i did not receive the airtime from telkom then i thought perhaps it was a fault from my side and i bought yet another R20 telkom airtime but the end result was neither of these airtime was credited to me by telkom. I then went to a telkom branch in Jhb Cnr Sauer str and Main Str and i was assisted by a lady who asked for proof of purchase in a form of my Bank account statement which i went to print out and submitted and she said she was logging a query on her system for me as she confirmed that telkom experienced technical problem on the 29th of February 2020. She took my contact numbers and promised to call me back for feedback. Weeks went by and i went thrice to that branch only to be promised feedback via my cellphone which to date i have never received. The lousy R40 airtime stolen by telkom from me is so little for them to steal and i am ****ed off by the fact that now it's been over 3 months and no feedback from them.
