I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENT ON THE ACCOUNT AND ON MY BANKING APP I DID PUT THE FOLLIWNG EMAIL ADDRESS SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE PROOF OF PAYMENT
Oveshni.Kanavathy@ncra.co.za . EVERYMONTH I HAVE TO CALL AND SEND EMAILS TO ASK FOR STATEMENTS TILL TODATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE STATEMENT THE LAST TIME I RECEIVED STATEMENT WAS IN OCTOBER 2025. I HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENT AND I RECENTLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL AND THE BALANCE ON THE THEARTNING EMAIL THE BALANCE IS INCORRECT I HAVE ASKED THAT I WONT BE MAKING ANY PAYMENT UNTIL I GET A DETAILED STATEMENT SO I CAN GO AND CHECK IF ALL MY PAYMENTS HAS BEEN RECORDER THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND NEVER RESPOND TO MY EMAILS BUT WHEN THEY WANT MONEY SO QUICK TO EMAIL. I HAVE ADVISED UNTIL I GET DETAILED STATEMENT I WONT BE MAKING ANY PAYMENT ON THE ACCOUNT AND I WILL BE INVOLVING MY LAWYERS AS YOU ARE FAILING TO DO YOUR JOB BUT QUICK TO ASK FOR MONEY AND LIKE I AM SAYING YOU ARE NOT RECORDING PAYMENTS AND I HAVE SENT ALL MY PROOF OF PAYMENTS AND TILL TODAY I DO NOT HAVE A DETAILED STATEMENT.
