Defective Estate Management

This estate management company is the worst one I have ever experienced. Emails about complaints go unanswered and ignored. Some members of staff are extremely vindictive and are invading the privacy of their complexes’ residents for what this particular staff member calls “by order of instruction.” They ignore noise and domestic abuse complaints.
