This estate management company is the worst one I have ever experienced. Emails about complaints go unanswered and ignored. Some members of staff are extremely vindictive and are invading the privacy of their complexes’ residents for what this particular staff member calls “by order of instruction.” They ignore noise and domestic abuse complaints. Steer well clear from this company if you’re looking for estate management. You’ll be making the mistake of your life

VM Estate Management - Estate Manager for Walford Estate is unresponsive, fails to respond to written communication in excess of 5 weeks. Does not answer her mobile phone and does not have a voice mail service. It is astounding that Vicky is paid by the Body Corporate with no Key Performance Areas and turnaround times to respond to communication by members of the body corporate who pay her salary. Lacks professionalism, is obstructive and this estate manager needs to be replaced

No words can actually describe the lack of service from this company. They currently run Lonehill Village Estate, or should I say sit in the office. I have complained numerous times about the noise from the security company they hire TRSS as they have socials all night long outside my bedroom window. We have contracts with Lonehill Village as home owners and we stick to each rule. It’s got so bad now I’m with holding levies as they certainly not doing their job along with TRSS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND TRSS they do a great job at downgrading your property and the frustration when dealing with them is something else.

I had two utility bills that were three times the average amount that I normally pay in the last few months. Justin the estate manager has done absolutely nothing to help and basically just pushes you from pillar to post with no proper investigation and / or solution found. This company and it's employees are incompetent and dishonest. If I could score them a ZERO I would.

Don't ever work for EEM. They will treat you bad, make empty promises, never show up for trustee meetings, Helen and Ken are two faced people that lie to trustees and HOA. They do the supply a decent service to their employees and clients and make empty promises to Estates.

<p>My levy statement has been billed wrongly. Sewerage costs are too high and not the same as the other months.</p> <p>Also I need the electricity reading and 3 month statement, seeing how statements are billed incorrectly with increased and unexplained amounts.</p>

<p>Walls were treated for damp 25 May. It is now 22 August and still awaiting walls to be repainted back to the colour it was.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please finish the paint job, Ken.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, please furnish the Trustees contact details. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>After delaying another week and saying painting will be done early this week, Ken has not fulfilled this service AGAIN.</p> <p> </p> <p>He is passing the buck, making excuses and trying to blame suppliers for the delay. He is also failing to commit to a date when this will be done.</p> <p>Dont tell me it takes 2 months to get paint to repaint a wall.</p> <p> </p> <p>It also took more than 3 months to get damp repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>It also took 2-3 months to get gates repaired earlier this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Work that gets done here gets done by myself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its a useless agency. Terrible service if at all.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am furious. Where is the service? Just empty promises to buy time again and again.</p> <p> </p>
