The most useless company I have ever dealt with. You cancel your line, then YOU have to contact another department in the SAME company in order to get your deposit back! Pathetic! I cancelled my line on the 27th of September and it is still not done, I had to escalate. Then they can't even do the decent thing and process the deposit repayment on the same call.
I had two utility bills that were three times the average amount that I normally pay in the last few months. Justin the estate manager has done absolutely nothing to help and basically just pushes you from pillar to post with no proper investigation and / or solution found. This company and it's employees are incompetent and dishonest. If I could score them a ZERO I would.
Cashbag used to work well, now it doesn't. I have the cashbag button on chrome and when I use booking.com I always apply the % discount from the cashbag button. I have booked a number of times in the last year and a bit but I am still to receive my discounted cash back. So to put it simply, this is a waste of time.
I requested my vouchers for points earned over a month ago and I am still to receive them. This really is disappointing as Enlighten used to be very good.
