My brother has the ultimate account and absa credit card. He is supposed to not have any fees for his absa credit card, but he is getting charged every month. I have power of attorney on his account and am requesting you to refund these fees. Also,on my own account I noticed I get charged R110 a month instead of R98.

****** me by withholding funds paid in advance for stalls
I paid ahead for 3 markets and asked for refund of 2 markets I would not attend. They told me at the market they would refund me and not be unreasonable and then in email they refused to refund me. This is theft and I am taking further steps.

Did not cancel insurance premium
I Have asked standard bank insurance to cancel my buildings insurance for 3 Alexander street, Kensington B many months ago and I noticed now on my banking that the debit order is still going off for many months now. Please cancel my policy with immediate effect and refund me for the premiums that you deducted since my request.

Amazon attempting to ***** R830 every day
What a nightmare. I tried to sign up for the South African sellers account and it was advertised it's R1 a month. Then Amazon is attempting to charge my card R830 every damn day and it's costing me fees. And they don't respond to any messages I send. Them.

Cheated me on the rewards cashback
I have spent with my credit card alot this month. It said Im on tier 3 rewards. Then suddenly it said Im on tier 1 rewards again and I only got R1 rewards this month. I wont use absa then anymore as they cheated me.

Pulane Booysen your plumber has not been out to assess the damage, she worked on photos I sent her and I asked her to wait as I wanted my plumber to quote first in case its less than the excess, which it is. So I tried to close the claim, now Pulane claims to have gone out when I never ever seen her at the property or allowed access.
