I have bought about R2000 worth of seeds from this company. None of my seeds germinated. Why is this happening? I have great experience growing plants from seed successfully, but seeds from Seeds and All seem unviable. Seeds and All's service is immaculate, fast delivery etc.
I have been a very satisfied customer of Loot for over four years now. Unfortunately that changed today. A package I have ordered, has not been delivered today as promised. I'm used to "your order is out for delivery" emails, I receive my packages on the same day. Loot is using a new courier company which is absolutely pathetic. You can't even track your parcel! Please, Loot, do something about your poor courier service or I will take my business elsewhere!
Never, ever, EVER waste your time to do business at iStore at Fourways Mall. Don’t even consider to do a service provider upgrade through iStore, Fourways Mall. I applied online for a new phone about three weeks ago, and all I received were incompetence, ignorance, and racism. One particular store clerk, Ferdrika Kgope, was extremely unhelpful. Problems with documents and identification. All the information I got from Ferdrika Kgope, was like puke in a tumble dryer. For not getting back to numerous emails, her excuse was that she was off two days on sick leave. Then she was on a 3 hour “lunch break,” not getting any correspondence from her for the rest of the day. That has got nothing to do with me, as a customer. Then there’s Shepherd Mlingwane, whose service were just as poor. I’ve been left hanging, not knowing what the hell is going on. I received a phone call from Shepherd Mlingwane this morning, still unable to give me valid and understandable information. There was a lot of back and forth going on until I really lost my temper and sweared at him. His responce - “madam if you can’t speak to me in a respectful manner I’m afraid we can’t do business with you.” Towards me, a CUSTOMER!! These people are obviously poorly trained and walking around with a chip on their shoulders. I cancelled the whole procedure as it was a royal f-up. Avoid this store if you need any assistance regarding Apple appliances. It’s a miracle that Apple is still running their business in South Africa. It’s shameful customer “care” and an absolute disgrace how these people operate an international business. You can shove your iPhone 14 where the sun don’t shine! Maybe I should get in touch with Apple international. Ferdrika and Sheperd, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Sis, man! I’m definitely making contact with the Consumer Ombudsman.
The WORST online service I have experienced ever. Trying to upgrade my MTN contract via iStore at Fourways Mall, Johannesburg. Getting calls from an assistant, talking gibberish and non-sensical rubbish. Two weeks into the “process” and still nothing. I have to identify myself, as proof of residence and a copy of my ID is not efficient enough. Do you want a urine and blood sample so you can test my DNA to prove who I am? It’s a miracle that Apple is still doing business in South Africa. What an absolute DISGRACE!

My husband wanted to buy a couple of shirts from your store at Fourways Mall. Nobody was willing to help him. He was just plainly ignored. Black customers were served with a smile, while my husband was deliberately ignored. Do you ignore all your white customers like that? It’s disgraceful, to say the least. If you want to work and earn a living, leave your *******ed racism at home!
Worst experience I have ever had at the Makro branch in Roodepoort, Gauteng. Staff ignores you deliberately and when you ask for assistance, your words fall on deaf ears. I have asked a female floor assistant if there are any other cashiers available at the electronics tills. She just stood there with an entitled attitude and still ignored me after I have asked her three times more. Because of this disgusting attitude from your staff members, you have lost a potential R600 I was willing to spend at your store. Customers will start quarrelling with you and threaten you with violence. I have seen the same trend at Game and Builders stores as well. And my conclusion is; white customers are not welcome and will be ignored or treated like dirt. Mark my words; your doors will close sooner than you think. I am absolutely disgusted.
Worst service I have experienced out of ALL the Builders Express stores. Builders Express, Cedar Square. Staff are wandering about the floor like they just came from lunch and they had a sleeping tablet with their Fanta soda. I wanted to buy some paint; nobody in sight who could (or was willing) to help me. After about 20 minutes someone from the paint department finally asked me if I needed assistance.(No, I’m standing here just to pass the time.) The staff member who finally helped me and mixed the paint for me, had his finger up his nose “digging for gold,” and then touching the cans of paint with that same finger. Some customers were helped with a smile, even when they came in after me. Cashiers are sleeping with their eyes open. Nobody in the garden section offered any help. Staff meandering about like zombies. Next time I’d rather do my shopping at Chamberlains. BAD and POOR service overall.
After many, many emails and phonecalls, myself and my husband, told Pharmacy Direct that we are terminating our medication from this corrupt company. We had to send out emails and make phone calls two weeks prior to delivery to make sure we get our chronic medication on time. And guess what? To no avail. Pharmacy Direct has tried to deliver our medication two times after we told them about termination of their horrible services. We turned the delivery driver away and did not accepted ANY medication. I have sent an email to Annate Snyman, who had a horrible attitude problem and immediately I received an out of office email that she has resigned. Good riddance. So yesterday my husband received an sms which reads as follows: “ PHARMACY DIRECT-Please contact us on 086 re delivery of your medication URGENTLY!” Now that they are on the other end of frustration, it is an urgent issue. Pharmacy Direct; please explain why it’s urgent on your side while none of your customers are ever a priority?
