Useless pathetic medical aid
If I could give Discovery medical AID a minus in rating I would. I’m having a medical operation tomorrow on my womb. While I should be relaxing and sitting back as I’ve paid for my medical aid for almost 4 years, Discovery medical AID certainly knows how to put my blood pressure up and surprise me with the cents they’ll pay out for the When signing up with the medical aid I was told we cover all hospital expenses. So I went ahead and signed up. I’ve had to pay in R8000-00 for the dr and now a further R6000-00 for the anaesthetist. I have never come across a more pathetic medical AID in all my life. They will do anything not to cover innocent peoples medical procedures. They actually have the audacity to be advertising their gap cover on Facebook, how bad is a medical aid when they now offer gap cover? Doscovery is so good and taking money and not delivering they should start their own political party.

TRSS have you covered with noise while sleeping
If anyone is looking for noisy inconsiderate staff look no further than TRSS, they have your noise levels covered.. They currently have a contract with Lonehill Village Estate but 3 years later they think they own the estate or should I say your property. It’s been a on going battle with this security company to get their staff to respect residents while they sleeping. I’m now going to withhold levies until my tenant has utter silence while sleeping, after all TRSS thinks they own my property maybe should pay the bond and levies. They don’t even answer e-mails.

SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE. If you want want to be treated like a criminal after a huge operation look no further than getting medical cover with Discovery. They have played every delay story to not pay out. They are excellent at getting money out of us per month but when it comes to paying they are useless.

EEM lack of service
No words can actually describe the lack of service from this company. They currently run Lonehill Village Estate, or should I say sit in the office. I have complained numerous times about the noise from the security company they hire TRSS as they have socials all night long outside my bedroom window. We have contracts with Lonehill Village as home owners and we stick to each rule. It’s got so bad now I’m with holding levies as they certainly not doing their job along with TRSS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND TRSS they do a great job at downgrading your property and the frustration when dealing with them is something else.

Utter disgrace
Firstly I’d like to congratulate Nedbank on their shocking service, they are holding the trophy tightly for first place. I’ve been with Nedbank for 30 years and when I needed them the most they let me down. I’m getting married and started a small business so my expenses have been rather high. I went into Nedbank to take out a further bond on my property. Well I should of known after the manager asked me twice who I bond with it would be a disaster. The bank who should of known what I was talking about *****ed up the entire transaction. After I wanted R60 000-00 they settled on R15 000-00. She never knew what forms to fill in and what I wanted. They even went as far to tell me I’ve skipped payments on my bond which I never did. A bond is always one month in arrears. So this has left me short for my wedding and I’m getting married in 3 weeks. It’s meant to be the biggest day of my life but I’ve fallen horribly short. I’m leaving Nedbank as soon as I’m married hopefully to never look back.
