I won’t mention names, but the staff in this company’s claims department urgently need proper training on how to deal with clients. It’s very clear from other reviews that I’m not the only one experiencing the same issues, there are multiple comments about bad attitude from staff members!
As someone who manages multiple units, I sometimes need a few minutes to gather the correct information. Instead of being patient or understanding, I was repeatedly spoken over and interrupted. The lack of professionalism is honestly unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
Disappointing experience overall. I hope management takes these ongoing complaints seriously!
