Discussing how you treat clients

Not sure what kind of consultants you employ. My parents were with one of your consultants for 26 years. When my dad passes away Roberta Rossouw said she would sort out the estate, its a very very small estate so she said at no cost. She then handed it over to an attorney after we asked her to sign off the estate so we could do it. We then found out my dads tax was not completed for 12 years so she quickly did that and sent us the bill. My moms tax is still not complete for the last 12 years and they are married in community of property. How was this done, never mind the consultant not doing this for so many years. Now the car and trailer papers are being kept hostage until we settle the attorney account. This is a shocking way to teat old clients. Brought this to your attention many times via email and calls. Complaints to management have been logged but still no one cares to do anything. Take as much money while the person is alive but when they pass this is how you deal with things. Call me on 0618056973
