Selling expired meet
Well done, selling expired meet but just putting a new price to cover the best before date. Are things so bad that you need to sell expired meet and just hide the date. Don't you think this will chase your customers away. Well it worked. I will never put my foot in any of your stores because of this and you can thank the harvesters place shop in Glen Maris.

Getting Bond statements but my bons is with a different bank
Can you please check why I am getting statements to my address for h Account Number 80-8714-9273. I bought the property in question through FNB more than 3 years ago, but I am still getting statements from ABSA with this account number. saying money is still outstanding on the bond. This account must have belonged to the previous owners and should have been paid off when the property was transferred into my name. Can you please look into this as a matter of urgency. Bills coming to me instead of being sent to medical aid
Can you let me know why I am getting bills for Payment Reference : M18003003. I was admitted to hospital and these tests were done in ARWYP hospital. Why Are the bills coming to me and not sent to Medical aid.

I am trying to get hold of someone there about a medical bill. I called the number on the email but it says the number does not exist. I have called the number on your website, that goes through but askes to push option 3 for medical query. The option 3 does not work. I have been trying all morning. Can someone from Discovery please give me a call. There seems to be issues on my membership. I am getting statements saying money is not being paid to doctors, it is being paid to me but I am not getting the money either. I called the call center twice but after 30 minutes on hold I had to drop off

Discussing how you treat clients
Not sure what kind of consultants you employ. My parents were with one of your consultants for 26 years. When my dad passes away Roberta Rossouw said she would sort out the estate, its a very very small estate so she said at no cost. She then handed it over to an attorney after we asked her to sign off the estate so we could do it. We then found out my dads tax was not completed for 12 years so she quickly did that and sent us the bill. My moms tax is still not complete for the last 12 years and they are married in community of property. How was this done, never mind the consultant not doing this for so many years. Now the car and trailer papers are being kept hostage until we settle the attorney account. This is a shocking way to teat old clients. Brought this to your attention many times via email and calls. Complaints to management have been logged but still no one cares to do anything. Take as much money while the person is alive but when they pass this is how you deal with things. Does anyone work there
I submitted a claim on the 11th June, Today is the 24th. Still no feedback. What kind of service are you offering here. Complete lack of service. No one bothers to call, I always have to call and send emails. Still no reply. You want to put up my premiums, very quick to inform me of policy increase but when i need you, no where to be found. My ref number is BSH2154814

Diabetic Dr needed
Can someone from Discovery chronic please call me. I am trying to find a Dr and Physician which is on the network and in my area for mt diabetes. I called now but after 30 minutes on the phone no luck.

Complaint no response
I put in a complaint on the 27th May. So far I have only received an email with a reference number. Nothing else. No follow up mail, no call. How long does it take for a complaint
