Discussing how you treat clients
Not sure what kind of consultants you employ. My parents were with one of your consultants for 26 years. When my dad passes away Roberta Rossouw said she would sort out the estate, its a very very small estate so she said at no cost. She then handed it over to an attorney after we asked her to sign off the estate so we could do it. We then found out my dads tax was not completed for 12 years so she quickly did that and sent us the bill. My moms tax is still not complete for the last 12 years and they are married in community of property. How was this done, never mind the consultant not doing this for so many years. Now the car and trailer papers are being kept hostage until we settle the attorney account. This is a shocking way to teat old clients. Brought this to your attention many times via email and calls. Complaints to management have been logged but still no one cares to do anything. Take as much money while the person is alive but when they pass this is how you deal with things. They are a bunch of *********** individuals that do not take their clients serious. I have been dealing with Neo Makobe a self proclaimed financial advisor. First he invested my money with old mutual of which initially we agreed about Allan gray , i did not get the some of money i withdrew and he blames Sandra from Robsav. It has been 3 months

Compliment - Lee-Roy Lindt
I have been dealing with Lee-Roy Lindt from the Efficient Insure offices in George. I have only ever experienced super efficient, fast, and friendly service from him since joining them in June 2023 .

Disappointment
Im also disappointed with Efficient Wealth. My late husband estate with them. He passed away 15 months ago and they never communicate with you. You must phone and the ladies not very friendly. They keep telling me they waiting for SARS. For the last 10 months now. No i dont think so my whole estate is not even R300000 worth. Only 3 vehicles on there nothing more. I dont have any Property that needs to be transfer. There was just a small lifecover of R234000 that they need to pay the one vehicle and a small personal loan thats all. The.rest need to be paid to me. I have also ask a letter to sell the 2 vehicles as they only stand here because they on my late husbands name im waiting for that letter for the last 5 weeks now. Since 15 September. My cousin estare was with a atrorney and her estate is almost R1milj and she signed this week for the transfer of her property. I will not recommend Efficient Wealth to anybody.
