Eggbert Eggs- Safety consumption product issue

On the 23rd May 2024 I purchased 2 x 30 Large egg trays supp**** by Eggbert Eggs to Checkers Cradlestone Mall. More than half of the eggs were broken and dented in the middle of the eggs. This lead me to make scrambled eggs for my dog to eat. The eggs were unfortunately dirty with Chicken Dung and feathers on the outside of the eggs. This was how the eggs Trays were wrapped in a Eggbert Eggs Plastic solution. This is dangerous and unhygienic. Unfortunately I could not see this problem due to the wrapping as normally I turn the Tray upside down to vet the bottom of the Tray if any eggs are broken which I could not see. This is a typical example of how food sources in SA is becoming degraded. This was a Eggbert Eggs problem as the eggs were not properly cleaned, and it seems that their machinery is faulty due to the dents in the eggs and the center area broken. I still have proof of the remainder eggs that are dirty and not safe for Human Consumption. The department of Health and Safety should investigate the factory of the Supplier. The Checkers Headquarters should Investigate this matter as Customers can get sick.
