App**** for two bedroom last year the 12 July 2023, It is a year already no feedback ,calls not answered ,no return on email, logged complain no feedback, Application still states Awaiting Risk Assessment Outcome- Ref No EHC2023071200002..Bad service ever

Poor service
Last month I received my statement with wrong amount of R20, 000 , which is not supposed to be on my statement, again my statement came back with R41, 000 which is not supposed to be on my account, my account is uptodate , I don't know what they trying to do?? Because this is unacceptable it's robbery, i need this nonsense to be fixed and not appear on my account again. ..unit 214 Phase2.... I am sick and tired of this!!

Poor service
