The agency is badly run, so unprofessional. I was a tenant at olieven villas , I have vacated their premises end of Jan, wrote numerous emails regarding my deposit , they have advised me deposit will be paid as it stated on the contract. I have send them email as 10 days has passed, my email is being ignored. No move in inspection , No move out inspection done ..They don't care about their tenants, No communication with the tenants while staying there, you can stay 3 to 4 days without electricity or 2 weeks without hot water. Only if they can change how the manage olieven villas flats

I went to the branch to close my fnb premier account as it has been months not using it anymore, the branch couldn't assist ,How can i pay for monthly fees for account that i was not using it anymore ... please close it
I have paid up my Loan through GLA Attorneys on the 18th of October 2022 till today my personal loan account it is not updated and the credit bureau it is not notified,i did send them many emails and chats online, worse they have been charging me monthly service fee on my cheque account i went to the branch and i advise them i was not using this account anymore they can close it thy claim i must pay all monthly service fee for the account i was not using anymore they said it is overdraft i have never withdraw over.
I am still waiting for my refund since February as they di not deliver
