Completely unreliable, unprofessional and incompetence

I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have received from Eletracorp Bloemfontein. Hisense assigned them to repair my washing machine, and it has now been over a MONTH with zero progress. Their technicians promised that the machine would be fixed quickly, yet nothing has happened.

Every time I call, I am given empty promises and excuses. Their staff repeatedly assure me that someone will “call me back,” but not a single callback has ever happened. It’s clear they have no sense of accountability or urgency. The communication is non-existent, and the lack of professionalism is shocking.

Not only am I sitting without a washing machine for weeks, but their incompetence has forced me to pay for laundry services out of pocket—money I should never have needed to spend if they had simply done their job.

Eletrocorp has shown me that they cannot be trusted as a service provider. The customer is treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. If Hisense continues using them as technicians, more customers will suffer the same frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
