My experience with Hisense has been nothing short of infuriating. I expected better from a major brand, but the customer service I’ve experienced is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Hisense assigned Eletracorp to repair my front-loader washing machine, and for over a month, I have been left with no washing machine, no updates, and no accountability from either side. Every time I contact Hisense, I’m told someone will call me back—whether it’s their agents or their so-called “escalation team”—but not one single promised call has ever been returned. Hisense’s complete lack of follow-through has caused massive inconvenience and unnecessary expenses, as I’ve had to pay for laundry services for weeks. The fact that no one at Hisense seems to care or take responsibility is incredibly disappointing for a brand that markets itself as customer-focused. It is unacceptable that a company of this size cannot manage its own service providers, cannot honor simple commitments, and cannot provide basic customer communication. Unless Hisense seriously improves its customer service and oversight of its repair partners, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. This experience has been a complete nightmare.
I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have received from Eletracorp Bloemfontein. Hisense assigned them to repair my washing machine, and it has now been over a MONTH with zero progress. Their technicians promised that the machine would be fixed quickly, yet nothing has happened. Every time I call, I am given empty promises and excuses. Their staff repeatedly assure me that someone will “call me back,” but not a single callback has ever happened. It’s clear they have no sense of accountability or urgency. The communication is non-existent, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. Not only am I sitting without a washing machine for weeks, but their incompetence has forced me to pay for laundry services out of pocket—money I should never have needed to spend if they had simply done their job. Eletrocorp has shown me that they cannot be trusted as a service provider. The customer is treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. If Hisense continues using them as technicians, more customers will suffer the same frustrating and unacceptable experience. Absolutely would NOT recommend them to anyone. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
