Bad product and service

I booked two 5 Kva Synerji inverters in on 3 Augustus 2020 for repairs. These inverters was operational for less than 2 weeks. It took until 25 August just to get a repair quote. Today is 10 September and still no indication of when the inverters will be repaired. This is real bad for a critical item for the solar electrical system.
