Electricians on call

We moved into out new shop and wanted to add plugs as well as have 2 replaced. As we were desperate I asked them to go ahead and do the job. They put wiring everywhere that looks like a 5 year old did it and one of the plugs is skew. When I asked why the plugs was skew and why they cant fix it I started getting threatening answers.

I also asked why they didn’t use trunking? I was told that I should have asked if that was included in the quote.

All of this terrible experience cost me R5000.

What recourse do I have? If any?
