Well its more than a week again and I'm still waiting for Cell C to activate my fibre. How can this be so difficult????>
OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY DOESNT CARE AT ALL. NO RESPONSE NO ASSISTANCE. NO FIBRE. I HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DONT HAVE! SURELY THAT'S NOT ALLOWED??
TRIED TO REQUEST A MOVE ORDER, 1ST THEY DO THE MOVE ORDER FOR THE WRONG ADDRESS, THEN AFTER I FOLLOWED UP THEY STARTED BY TELLING ME THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED BECAUSE IT IS INSTALLED!!!!!!!!!
We had telephonic communication from them and nothing was ever finalised. Suddently Dotsure have been taking money from our business account. We phoned them and still waiting to revert back
An amount was deducted from my account without my permission. I phone Nedbank immediately when that happened. They quickly blocked the relevant card, and I was told that the transaction will be reversed. a week later the amount pops up again. I go into the Clearwater branch, with the same complaint. I am assured that they will take the necessary steps and get back to me. Nothing yet. I proceeded to send the form that I got from the branch through again (twice), phoned this morning get cut off! I have never received this kind of service from my bank. I've always been so happy, then this. It is a big amount, that has gone off and seems Nedbank cannot or wont reverse. I use to bank with First National, they use to reverse these kind of transactions. It happened once, but was sorted immediately.
We moved into out new shop and wanted to add plugs as well as have 2 replaced. As we were desperate I asked them to go ahead and do the job. They put wiring everywhere that looks like a 5 year old did it and one of the plugs is skew. When I asked why the plugs was skew and why they cant fix it I started getting threatening answers. I also asked why they didn’t use trunking? I was told that I should have asked if that was included in the quote. All of this terrible experience cost me R5000. What recourse do I have? If any?
I paid my account on the 1st of April, sent POD still no joy, because according to Game the money was paid into their head office account. Still today they money R1570 has not been allocated to my Game RCS account. I have tried to contact all possible departments with no success. Please help
I settled my contract and handset in December. Have now applied for hp on a vehicle, so I asked Vodacom legal department for a settlement letter. I still don't have the letter this is three days letter. Who can I call to get a damn letter????????
Settled my Handset (ONLY) in December and told Vodacom, that it was ONLY the handset being settled. January they proceeded to take a full settlement value of the remainder of my contract, instead of taking the monthly contract amount. Try and explain this to Vodacom. They also do not want to cancel the Debit Order! Not very approachable and very unfriendly.
