Rude Rip off!

I needed my washing machine fixed, from the offset I should have known not to even book a call out - the man that answered the phone was blunt and rude. He arranged sub-contractors to come out and look at my machine, which they fixed, but wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount for 10 minutes labour and a simple part. They went ahead without quoting me and asking for my approval. They specifically state on their website, call out is X amount, if you do not except he quote, the call out will be charged, if the quote is excepted, the call out falls away. When I phoned their manager to complain, again he was extremely rude. I was treated like and idiot (probably because I am a woman) and ripped off because if you have a Smeg machine, it is assumed that you have lots of money! I bought the part myself for R89, and they wanted to charge me R650 for the part and R850 for 10 minutes labour!! Daylight robbery!!!
