Fantastic Moves!!
I have used Joe's Trucks several times, and each time it was a great experience. Joe himself is such a kind and humble man, and his crew are friendly and energetic and take good care of all items. Joe is always willing to help out where he can and do whatever he can to make your move as streamlined as possible. The other thing that impresses me, they arrived on time (rare nowadays). In this world of ************* people, one can definitely trust and rely on Joe and his team.

DOVE MOISTURISING CREAM ANTIPERSPIRANT
I am so disappointed. The Dove moisturising cream antiperspirant that I have been using for years, seems is no longer being sold. I have stuck with this deodorant as it is the ONLY one that worked for me on many different levels: long lasting, great fragrance, not sticky, non-reactive etc. I have tried the new roll-on, and I hate it. It makes my armpits sticky, which is just uncomfortable! Why was the moisturising cream antiperspirant discontinued????

DESPICABLE & INCAPABLE
I have had an ongoing dispute with them since the beginning of the year and no matter what I do, nothing is done about it! I have repeated myself to them hundreds of times, yet they do nothing. I have two court orders which they are not adhering to, therefore they are in contempt of court, however they choose to ignore this! Why do they even exist if they do not update credit profile accordingly?? Despicable service, if one can even call it service!

Rude Rip off!
I needed my washing machine fixed, from the offset I should have known not to even book a call out - the man that answered the phone was blunt and rude. He arranged sub-contractors to come out and look at my machine, which they fixed, but wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount for 10 minutes labour and a simple part. They went ahead without quoting me and asking for my approval. They specifically state on their website, call out is X amount, if you do not except he quote, the call out will be charged, if the quote is excepted, the call out falls away. When I phoned their manager to complain, again he was extremely rude. I was treated like and idiot (probably because I am a woman) and ripped off because if you have a Smeg machine, it is assumed that you have lots of money! I bought the part myself for R89, and they wanted to charge me R650 for the part and R850 for 10 minutes labour!! Daylight robbery!!!
