Please DO NOT use them. They are ****mers with **** names. The Website does not have a location either. They claim to have a few branches but do house calls. They come in to "repair" your TV but then say they need to take it in for a part. They'll send you one update after and then you never hear from them again. TV ******. A Zimbabwean guy came to us. I received notification of my TV being turned on and logged into Netflix, which means they got my TV working again and then probably sell it for a knock off price.

On Mondaythe 10th of July 2023, I contacted Electrosales Television repairs for an urgent quotation to have my LG TV Screen repaired. I stipulated that I required the job to be done by Friday the 14th July 2023. Sean was initially very helpful after quite a bit of up and down, It was agreed and I was quoted R2150.00 of which I paid a R1200.00 deposit. The repair would happen at my premises on Friday the 14th July. On Friday 14/07/23 at 7h24am, I watsapped Sean for a progress update, at 15h28 pm he sent me voice note that he was still at the supplier. I watsapped Sean and asked him if he is on his way. All this time I am waiting for him to come and fix my TV. At 17h07pm I tried to call him - no answer. At 17h16 and until way after 21h00, I tried to get hold of him to no avail. His supervisor Peter Mputu was also trying to assist me and confirmed that he could not get hold of Sean. These failed attempts continued deep into Friday evening. By Saturday morning (a day after my deadline) I again tried to get hold of Sean but he did not answer his phone. I also spoke to Peter and he could not raise him either. I wastapped Sean and told him that by now I found another supplier and that he had to refund me. He eventually called me after 9am that morning and he told me he lost/broke his phone the previous day hence him not responding. I had a deadline. It was not met.. I also spoke to a supervisor called Peter and said that I would need a refund and it was agreed - Of course by then I had found another supplier and had the TV repaired. Sean said on a number of occasions that the supplier would only refund once the ordered screen is sold? That is not my problem - Sean did not honor our agreement and did not communicate any difficulties to me. I have watsapped and e-mailed them my proof of deposit, my account number for the refund more than once - still nothing. Today is the 25th October 2023 - at least 100 watsapps and emails later and promises of refunds and I am yet to be settled. They did not stick to their agreement and did not communicate at all even though I paid the deposit. They have taken my money They have no intention of refunding me Do not ever use them, they are not honest. I received bad attitude when I threatened to take it further and received no response to my almost daily emails that I send them.
