I sold my car to someone and the buyer did an eft to my hello paisa Sasfin bank and my bank Sasfin freezed my account...I have been calling the bank to explain and gave them all the necessary documents
Worst bank ever i regret banking with them .i did a cash on the 14 and today is the 20th till now i ddnt receive my cashout voucher i call them everyday but nothing have been done so far ...keep on saying the matter is being escalated ....last thing i am just going to sue them because they have coasted me a lot with their techncicall error
I called the company in the morning and was told to book an afternoon appointment offwich I did, afternoon came and I was glad my TV was fixed properly
Very bad customer service
Fnb we are very very much disappointed in you, you blocked our bussines account because 1 our of client came in with a complain to you, without even contacting us to hear our side of the story you just went in blocked the account.. The person brought lies to you and you had the guts to buy it... How can you just block a bussines account you always see there are funds coming in everyday.. It's been more than a month and half now we're being told you are doing investigations,,, how long will it take you to investigate a case of only R1000... And we are very very much disadvantage because we can't access the funds in our bussines account....
Quick and efficient After seeing numerous reviews on hello Peter I still had to take a chance calling Pelican for my repair.. My TV was properly fixed...
I recommend people to use these guys they are quick and have experience they came and fetched my tv delivered it back in 2 days time working which is fantastic yet Samsung had told me best they dont have parts...thank you soo much guys my tv is working
