I went into the shop on Monday cos I had 20 Rand notes and asked the cashier to give me change so that I can use the toilet. Then I asked for her permission to use the disabled toilet as I have a multiple knee surgery that left me partially disabled, I walk on crutches and use leg rom. So since I was in a car for too long I removed my leg rom and limped into your fuel station from the parking to the toilet it's not far. She politely told me to go to the toilet and inform the staff lady who went in to let me use it. Yoh I met a woman who was disgusted by my side especially when I mentioned I am partially disabled...the way I explained to that lady why I needed to use the toilet it was like she needed medical report. The look in her eyes was that of a woman who doesn't care if I peed on myself or not. Why have a disabled toilet if we are not allowed to use it as customers. Yoh that lady is very rude. I remember her saying'why can't u use a normal toilet BCOS u still going to bend your knee in a disabled toilet' mind u the disabled toilet has a steel bar where we balance ourselves when standing up. After using the toilet I went back in to inform the cashier as to how a woman mistreated another woman only BCOS of my mobility

I was at ELEGANT FUEL POLOKWANE.... It is the worse service i have ever seen in my life. To an extend that they give way to people from street filling up plastic bottles with fuel for lawnmowers. And us cars, in our way to school and work are left abandoned. I was there at the pump first before anyone and still ignored me. I start up my car and move to another pump in hopes someone will assist, but northing. I had to get out of my car and shout" is there anyone that can flippen assist me for heavens sake!!!! All of a sudden the click of workers who are standing and talking to eachother, someone came walking towards me and assisted me. I have a big problem with this fueling station. In our whole city i have never had struggles like what i experience almost daily at elegant fuel. No proper customer service. They are not seriois and also no foreman on site to check cars coming in and making sure a worker gets to you. Even MAKRO gas a better system in place. Get your act straight Elegant Fuel. I will continue with this until we recieve the service we pay forπ‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘

The service there is ****en ****. It's always a problem to pour petrol at night or early in the morning. It's only 1 petrol attendant Nd taxi's a parking there, at the tanks, making it difficult to pour. I never want to pour petrol there and it's the closest petrol station

I have never seem such poor service especially a fueling station on one of the busiest roads the R510 in Paardekraal Rustenburg North West. You will wait more than 30 min just to get service they do not provide water for refill or to wash your windscreen they drag their feet and have horrible customer service

I was charged twice for fuel by a petrol attendant at Kathu Elegant garage. I called the next day, and I was told it shows on their system therefore I can come collect the money anytime I am around or send somebody. The next day i sent someone and she was told to bring the statement even if they had admitted to having charged me twice. I emailed Sonja Zeelie the statement and didn't even confirm receipt. I sent the person again and she was told my statement was an excel spreadsheet. Which is not true, the statement was extracted from the mobile app in a csv format. If the money shows in their system, why am I being sent back and forth as if it's my fault. They should train their petrol attendant on how to use the machine. Her email address is
