The rude driver has been delivering my parcel since 05 July 2025; I even missed my photoshoot. The are very unprofessional and behaves as if they are doing me a favour yet I paid a delivery fee.
I have been receiving statements monthly, keeping track of my balances. now this is supposed to be my last month and all of a sudden there's an account I owe (Which had zero balance months back). I sent emails, called but no-one seems to be bothered to respond to me and explain all this. They are always quick to respond but nah not this time. I am very disappointed and hurt because I was so happy that finally i will be debt free.
It’s been 2 months now and they are still locating my lost parcel. Why can’t they just take responsibility because it is clear that they will never find my parcel. This is the second review.
All I can say is my parcel is nowhere to be found. They can’t even trace it. They lost it and no one seems to care. The parcel was delivered to an address and there was a confusion which make them pick up the package again at the same address. They didn’t bother calling the number on the package before collecting it to clear the confusion. I had to find out that days later. I reported the matter to them and we kept going back and forth with emails asking me a lot of questions as if they are on my case.They just don’t care, now at the end they gave me the number of the driver who doesn’t pick up his phone. I am hopeless. I lost a package worth R2700 and no one seems to care. If I don’t send them an email they just keep quite. It’s been 3 weeks now! I am tired and very disappointed.
I was charged twice for fuel by a petrol attendant at Kathu Elegant garage. I called the next day, and I was told it shows on their system therefore I can come collect the money anytime I am around or send somebody. The next day i sent someone and she was told to bring the statement even if they had admitted to having charged me twice. I emailed Sonja Zeelie the statement and didn't even confirm receipt. I sent the person again and she was told my statement was an excel spreadsheet. Which is not true, the statement was extracted from the mobile app in a csv format. If the money shows in their system, why am I being sent back and forth as if it's my fault. They should train their petrol attendant on how to use the machine. Her email address is
I was charged for rental of the courtesy car whereas my car was with the panel beaters, and I was still within my 30 days. I got an sms in the morning stating that my rental was terminated on the 01st of September 2023. I called in and explain to them I was not around and the sms I got from the panel beaters didn't state that my car was ready for collection. I then requested that they extend till Tuesday the 04th because the car was not in my area. I am in Kuruman so I only managed to travel to Vryburg to go fetch my car on Monday. Now a certain amount was deducted from my deposit without my consent. And I am being told it is because I was supposed to return the car on Friday whereas the SMS I got didn't state that my car was ready, and I had made it clear that I was not around. I was still within my 30days! Please stop trying to save your company some money at my cost. Can I please have my full deposit back?
I placed an order on 11 December 2022 worth R 2000. I only received items worth R 400. Till to date I haven’t received my order. Been going back and forth with them and still can’t be given a directive on when I will receive my order.
Orders are not confirmed before they are sent out for delivery and once you get wrong items in your order it becomes a hassle for your issue to be resolved. I have never been inconvenienced like this! They won’t even update you , you will have to send them 1000 emails only for them to reply with 3- 10 days period. As is, my child is with no Christmas clothes because of someone’s mistakes.
I ordered 10 items and only received 5 items. I ordered in time for Christmas but it looks like my kid is going to spend his Christmas without his clothes. How sad!!! All they are saying is that the investigation takes 2 to 7 days. What investigation???? Why can’t they deliver my other items then do their investigation later??? I must now suffer for their mistakes?
They will sell you poor quality hair then from there ignore your texts. They are so unprofessional. I bought hair from them and it's something different from what I had paid for and they don't seem to be bothered. They sell either fake or poor quality hair.
