I went into the shop on Monday cos I had 20 Rand notes and asked the cashier to give me change so that I can use the toilet. Then I asked for her permission to use the disabled toilet as I have a multiple knee surgery that left me partially disabled, I walk on crutches and use leg rom. So since I was in a car for too long I removed my leg rom and limped into your fuel station from the parking to the toilet it's not far. She politely told me to go to the toilet and inform the staff lady who went in to let me use it. Yoh I met a woman who was disgusted by my side especially when I mentioned I am partially disabled...the way I explained to that lady why I needed to use the toilet it was like she needed medical report. The look in her eyes was that of a woman who doesn't care if I peed on myself or not. Why have a disabled toilet if we are not allowed to use it as customers. Yoh that lady is very rude. I remember her saying'why can't u use a normal toilet BCOS u still going to bend your knee in a disabled toilet' mind u the disabled toilet has a steel bar where we balance ourselves when standing up. After using the toilet I went back in to inform the cashier as to how a woman mistreated another woman only BCOS of my mobility
Iv been with debt buster for over a year now, then in March I send an email to the consultant who helped me with the application to assist my nephew, mind u they said if u refer someone and they sign up u get R1500...my nephew has been with Debt Buster for 2 months now and I have still not received anything. I even send an email again to Gift Sithole to ask how come I didn't get my reward...till today no response from him.
Was assisted by Luyolo Otola today, u know sometimes to have an agent that understands your situation and put themselves in your shoes by only asking relevant questions to get clarity is very good. He did an outstanding job and I give a high five for his profession...wish all of your agents may learn from this...Good job.
Myself and my husband joined debtbuster in January 2024, I was assisted by Gift Sithole, we did an assessment on both our debts and the total monthly installments amounted to 10650 for my husband and I. Gift send out 17.1 form to all the creditors and my husband's account (Nedbank) was included and it's appearing on the 17.1. after 4 months into this my husband gets emails and calls from Nedbank that he is not paying and they will hand him over. I send several emails to Debtbuster and even Gift Sithole who was my consultant but to this day I never received any help from them. Mind you when the assessment was done on all accounts which was concluded that the instalment will be 10650 every month, now Nedbank was never paid and I am still paying 10650. Debtbuster is ****ming people. Their motto is that they give u financial freedom but they added to our stress. I am very disappointed and currently busy finding a company that is reputable and that will assist fairly. Once they receive money from a client you are no longer important to them. What matters is money to them.
