False advertising at its best. Be aware of inferior quality of product delivered. I consider Elenza Boutique as a professional ****. Keep to the priciple that if something is to good to be true , then it is not true.

I ordered a stained glass Pomeranian dog - what arrived was a plastic toy which cost me R1195.00. This is a disgusting abuse of a buying public - I have written asking for a refund and return of the toy. It will be inetresting to see what occurs.

Elenza Boutique – Misleading Advertising and Poor Product Quality
Elenza – Misleading Advertising and Poor Product Quality I am extremely disappointed with Elenza Boutique. Their products are advertised online as high quality and premium, and are priced accordingly. Based on this, I placed an order that was promised to be delivered within 12 days. Instead, I waited 26 days for delivery. When the order finally arrived, I was shocked. The product is made of cheap, inferior plastic and looks nothing like a premium item. The quality is unacceptable and completely misleading compared to how it is advertised. This product is so poor that I honestly don’t believe TEMU would even sell it. This experience feels like false advertising, and I regret doing business with Elenza. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!

Do not buy from this site. ELENZA BOUTIQUE https://share.google/ko8EO4YYhOw9Fpbbl. False advertising. Site is dressed to make it look as though it is good quality and based in Cape Town. It is Chinese. Basically stock from Temu at inflated prices. For refunds you need to return goods to China at a massive cost!! ****!!
