Do not fall for this ****!!!
Do not buy from this site. ELENZA BOUTIQUE https://share.google/ko8EO4YYhOw9Fpbbl. False advertising. Site is dressed to make it look as though it is good quality and based in Cape Town. It is Chinese. Basically stock from Temu at inflated prices. For refunds you need to return goods to China at a massive cost!! ****!!

Paycity.co.za sucks!!
Do not use this terrible service. Paid for 2 vehicle licenses on 3 August and website said 3-5 working days to process. Called on 14 August for an update and was told to expect them on 25 August. I don't trust for a second I'll receive them. They also charge a R250 'convenience fee' per application to use their service! App**** on Natis website for our other vehicles, and licenses were delivered within 4 working days, plus less expensive. DO NOT USE PAYCITY. Total *******!

Negative reviews all proving true!!
We were dubious of purchasing a couch from Coricraft due to all the negative reviews, and we are now living the nightmare. Long story short: November 2022 we find leather couch, order leather couch, pay deposit and are told to expect delivery in February 2023. About 2 weeks after ordering we get a call that we must pay the outstanding balance as they have magicked a couch for us. Again, sceptical. How is suddenly one available?? Anyway, we pay the balance. Couch arrives and it is absolutely ****. Glue stains on back, skew stitching on arm, leather so stretched that it doesn’t sit flat… I can go on. Couch is rejected and returned with delivery vehicle. Customer care tries to push us into keeping couch 🤣. Realise what happened - couch rejected by another customer, so they try to palm it off on us. True story. Gets worse. Assessor on holiday and won’t assess couch until 19 January to decide whether there is a defect. We wait. Customer care calls to ask when they can collect couch. We tell them it was rejected and returned. A week later they call again asking if assessor can come and assess couch. Again… couch not here. 19 Jan assessor arrived at house to assess couch. 🤷🏼♀️. Couch not here! Customer care calls, 23 Jan. Will start to build you new couch. 6-8 weeks for delivery. I tell them no, don’t build the couch, don’t want it anymore because new one will be **** too. Want refund. Customer care says ok. Coricraft store calls to try to convince us the next couch will be better. We decline and confirm we want refund. Store says they will speak to manager and get back to us. Nothing heard from them since… 🤬. They suck.

Uber Eats / First Base Pizza false promotion!
False promotion! Bought from First Base Pizza in Somerset West, who were advertising buy 1 get 1 on Uber Eats. They have done this before many times. I ordered 3 pizzas, so should have received 6. Only 3 arrived. False advertising! You owe me 3 pizzas, a credit or a refund!!

Kaelo / Western is a fraud!!
Kaelo gap cover or western gap cover (whoever they are), are terrible!! Their customer service is non existent. Lie after lie. They use every delay tactic in the book, not to pay out legitimate claims. Their email works in a loop: send claim; receive confirmation; receive email asking for missing documents (which you have sent already!); send documents again; receive confirmation; receive email asking for missing documents (which you have already sent); on and on it goes. Phone customer service, they confirm all documents received and pay out will happen. A lie. Receive same email for missing documents. A fraud! Do not use them. Long term client, first claim, and nothing! Cancel!! Use a different service!!

NOT recommended
I would NOT recommend this company. They seem very nice, but they lack the required knowledge and electrical expertise. It took them 15 days to complete the installation of a solar geyser! Excuse after excuse. They installed a used, outdated control panel (2014 model) when we had paid for a new one (2018 model). The unit was dirty and scratched up and when we caught them out, they said the manufacturer had sent it to them that way. Seriously?? I could mention at least 4 other thing, but enough said. They ask for almost 90% deposit, then provide slow service and poor workmanship.
