Absolute ****---there is no Boutique--the goods come to you from China--cheap ******* --the same items are available from Temu at 10 % of the price

Low quality product with absolutlely no after sale service
Bought a genesis dura vac vacuum cleaner (model zl10-47a). Within 3 months the filter bag would not fit and it just blew all the dust back into the air. Took it back but was told it is a consumable item I need to buy a new one . Okay no problem ---was told it would take about 10 days to get one. That was 3 months ago Now told there is no replacement bag/filter available for this model i.e they sell you junk that packs up in 3 months and wont fix it as its a "consumable part" but dont even stock the part ---Rip off--sweet talking sales people when they want you to buy --rude as hell when something goes wrong with the product they sold. Dont buy !!!! rather deal with someone that keeps spares in stock and offers after sales service not just sweet talking sales people who are only interested in selling you something
