THEY ARE A ****

I had to give a 1-star rating as there is no option for a 0-star rating. DO NOT EVER buy from this store. I placed an order 4 weeks ago. The first week went by and I received nothing, so I called. I got an excuse that the supplier had not delivered the books I requested but I will get my order by Friday or the following Monday. So now we are in the second week, Monday goes by no order has been delivered so I call again, I was given the exact same response as the week before. By now we are in the third week. I call again. I get the EXACT same response. During that week I got sick and had no voice so I had a friend call on my behalf. He had said to them on Wednesday if I am not mistaken that this feels like a **** and maybe we need to get police involved. Ten minutes later they so called and had my order ready to be sent. We were told the following week Monday I would have my order. Now in the fourth week, I called on Monday and was told, no they had not sent my order out for delivery as the courier company will only collect it at 4 o'clock that afternoon. By now I am fuming, they guaranteed me that I would have my order on Wednesday (today). Still, nothing had arrived, so I called again, I was given a tracking number and so I called the courier company and they told me the parcel was still sitting with the supplier. I have now called back for a refund.

This company is not capable of dealing with the public nor do they have any consideration of urgency. They constantly lie and at this point, they are just ****ming people of their money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. This bookstore is pathetic.
