I have been scammed

I bought a ZTE Blade A51 64gb Dual Sim - Steel Blue cellphone advertised as having 4gb RAM from Elite Shopper through Takealot, however it only has 2gb RAM and 32gb storage and thus has the Android Go operating system installed which is a scaled down version for phones with 2gb or less RAM. Certain apps cannot run on this light version of the Android operating system.
