Stay away from them and takealot. They supply takealot and once you return a faulty product, their is no chance of a refund. Waiting more than a month now for refund

Unethical behaviour
Most ridiculous company. Looked this morning on Takealot and saw Elite Shopper selling an Air Fryer. Original Price R1,899 marked down to R1,149. This was at 06:18. When I got to work i wanted to purchase it just after 08:00. Miraculously the original price changed (within two hours) to R2,399 and the discounted selling price changed to R1,498. Very unethical behaviour! How can the 'original' price go from R1,899 to R2,399 in two hours. This type of dishonesty puts everything else in question. If i could give zero stars, I would have. @takealot - you need to change your policies that prices can't be changed in the middle of the day.

Shocking Service
I have been waiting in excess of 2 weeks for a refund or replacement for a Nokia tablet that failed well within warranty. Despite been purchased through Takealot ,who merely send a robotic updates that saying nothing, it appears there is absolutely nothing I can do. A number of calls and emails to Takealot informing them that I depart for the UK within days has produced nothing. I cannot find a phone number to contact this seller. Be warned.

I bought a ZTE Blade A51 64gb Dual Sim - Steel Blue cellphone advertised as having 4gb RAM from Elite Shopper through Takealot, however it only has 2gb RAM and 32gb storage and thus has the Android Go operating system installed which is a scaled down version for phones with 2gb or less RAM. Certain apps cannot run on this light version of the Android operating system. ERZ are thieves! I bought a phone from then a while ago on Takealot, well known company, and yesterday my network stopped working. I called Vodacom to check what the issue is and they told be the device has been blacklisted as it is a stolen device. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are criminals looking to make easy money. Shame on you Takealot for allowing these thieves to sell on your website.

STOLEN GOODS
Totally disappointed in myself for making this purchase. Woke up this morning and my phone is not working at all. Contacted my services provider just for them to tell me that the phone has been blacklisted as stolen goods. Now having to go through the whole process of begging for a refund and the phone is a couple of months old already. I purchased this phone on Takealot and I see the seller is called Elite Shopper. I hope they get locked up for good for selling stolen items. Thank you for the inconvenience and stealing my money Elite Shopper!
