To be honest, Outsurance prices are not bad, but the they are not that all what they advertise to be. I've been with them for 5 years, did not claim once. This year I claimed twice. My monthly premium almost doubled, how is that possible? Outsurnace says on their TV adds that claims to be finalized within 5 days, NEVER!!! 1st claim took a month, second one just as bad. The claims are easy and user friendly to submit on the app, yet the service after that is terrible. I had to fight with the manager because they wanted to fit second hand parts on my vehicle. Nowhere in my policy did they disclose that they can fit second hand parts. I am not paying a monthly premium for second hand parts. Eventually after a long battle, they fitted new parts. I had struggles with the rental company which is a service provider by Outsurance, so I understand I cannot blame Outsurance for their service. Terry from Outsurance dealt with my complaint after the repair work from panelbeater was not satisfactory. She did an amazing job! She needs to be the face of Outsurance. She communicated non stop with me and made everything hassle free. Well done Terry Ritchie. I've changed insurance companies after these two claims.
Ive submitted claim on their App for damaged Tablet. They called the next day to verify claim. Tablet was picked up the next day and taken to Cape town for repairs. I was informed they cannot get parts and will replace the tablet with a new one. Within a few days the tablet was replaced with a new one. Hassle free
Please don't buy here. Doubt that this is a legitimate online shop. Paid for product but courier was arranged only 2 days later, with no order no provided. Called multiple times, never got order number. After police threats i was refunded.
Stay away from them and takealot. They supply takealot and once you return a faulty product, their is no chance of a refund. Waiting more than a month now for refund
I have returned a product still under warranty. The product was picked up on the 10th Jan 2024. Product arrived at supplier on 15 Jan 2024 at 07h45. Till date i have not received any feedback regards to the refund, credit or repair of such product, or even replacement. Im struggling without this product and in desperate need of it urgently. Takealot just not following up
Don't buy here. My good were never delivered. No contact number to phone them, they ignore their emails.
Pathetic service. I place order last week Thursday, order has been confirmed yet no courier. I paid for courier service and fee. I phoned on last week Friday, said they'll get back to me, heard nothing. This morning i phoned again. The guy that answers put's the phone down in my ear, the other guy says their busy sending me a mail. Five hours later, still no email received. R14 000 you got out of me and this is the service one gets?! Unacceptable
for the 3 months i have been struggling with speed. I have logged complaints, yet no response or the response comes 3 days later! Terrible service! I pay every month in advance and this is the service one gets. Looking to change withing the next month or two
Good day, I've ordered a dash cam from Groupon. It was delivered and goods was damaged. The courier company came to fetch the damaged goods. Groupon sent me notification that they have received goods. Its nie than a month later and im still waiting for my refund to be made. Ive sent all documents and bank details 3 times already and nothing. Don't know what to do anymore as they don't get back to me.
Ive sent my new lg g 3 back as it is not working as it should and its barely 4months old. Its been sent fot a warranty assessment. Still after two weeks i have not heard anything from mtn. They said it will take max 2 weeks. I tried calling 808 for a week now. They krep cutting me off multiple times.im fed up
