Bank blacklisted and non compliant building materials
My Grandparants own their properties and endless issues! Terrible services and possibly the most illegal property developer out there. 1. Banks blacklisted them so can't get home loans for their properties, yet their sales still blatantly lie and said they can. How can you sell the property after you bought one if banks blacklisted them? We simply cant offload ours in this economy and when we do get buyers interested the banks don't give out bonds!! 2. They bribed officials to get fire certificates so that the properties can obtain occupational certificates. Their buildings are not compliant but they use bribes to get through. 3. They use inferior quality and non compliant building materials (like bricks) to build! That's why if you go see projects they have done, the quality is shocking. 4. They used illegal migrants as builders - And some of they broke into properties to steal things owners that moved in already. 5. Constant power and water supply issues because they cut corners when putting in the infrastructure. So basically on top of loadsheddings, you get more power failures than others. 6. Terrible security - constant issues with security. There were break-ins and a young toddler killed because they were so cheap on their security. We have gone through the different processes, NHBRC etc. Then they lawyered up to bully you because they claim that they are this big multinational Chinese business and have unlimited resources to fight.

Tymebank business account isn't really for businesses
1. The app can't open the business acc as suggested 2. Only sole proprietor (no cipc registrations) can open account, very misleading with your business banking promos...

Mixed but good of you in the right areas
Great connections if you are in the right areas. But terrible if you aren't. Tend to only be in more affluent areas though. But I am happy with it so far.

Woolies online shopping not great
The app is terrible Unlike other e-commerce platforms, woolies availabilities on products depends on where you ordering and want things are delivered to. Not vefy user friendly and accommodating.

Terrible LTE and VOIP
Absolutely appalling services! Our business uses Vodacom for everything, business LTE and VOIP. The speed is inconsistent and VOIP just don't work. we have been paying every month and can't use the VOIP Tried numerous channels to escalate but just get into different infinity loops. Got sent to different teams and no feedback. It is so bad that neither the LTE or the VOIP is workable.
