CLC ref902268 I had a claim which Ooba quickly and efficiently managed. I was updated frequently by consultant Nicalin so it was very comforting to know that Ooba wont let go until the claim has been resolved. I am very satisfied with the high level of service by Ooba.

Fantastic support service

Satisfied customer so far.
Bought a Prosenic robot vacuum cleaner from Droneworld and delivery super fast. The condition of it is fantastic. Haven't set it up yet but so far I am very impressed with the friendly and helpful service I received.

Trust justified!
I ordered a 1000W Singo power station over the weekend from this business and it was delivered Tuesday 7h15 am! As this was my biggest single online purchase yet and having been conned previously by another online seller, I was naturally a bit nervous handing this amount but because this business has solid ratings on Hellopeter as well as being contactable and having a physical address, I took the plunge. I have not used the power station yet but will review it after it being in use for a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this online business.

I have been scammed
I bought a ZTE Blade A51 64gb Dual Sim - Steel Blue cellphone advertised as having 4gb RAM from Elite Shopper through Takealot, however it only has 2gb RAM and 32gb storage and thus has the Android Go operating system installed which is a scaled down version for phones with 2gb or less RAM. Certain apps cannot run on this light version of the Android operating system. Missing item from order
I love Fishaways food and order from time to time mainly for delivery. However with my most recent purchase from Fishaways Flamwood, Klerksdorp an item speciried in the menu item (coleslaw) was missing. When I phoned the branch all they did was trying to convince it was packed in the box. The box was sealed so that could not be true.I can accept when a mistake is made but when the person blindly insists that no mistake was made it ****es me off. I did not want the item specially delivered after the fact as the food received was quite tasty and ample. Using logic, why would I make the effort to call in with a complaint wanting nothing in return. An apology was all that was required, not rude incompetence.

Naked is the way to go (insurance wise)
I have moved my insurance cover to Naked Insurance. It was easy and the hoops I had to jump through were easy . They have a brilliant app and friendly consultants which should you encounter a hiccup. Their response on issues or queries via email is superfast. Oh yes, their quotes are unbeatable and the pause cover feature on vehicles is a winner. Obviously, I have not put in a claim (and hope I will never have to) but with the I had experience so far with them/ I am not worried about that aspect. The fact that you can easily control your cover via the app (it takes effect immediately) is absolutely a winner for me. Here's hoping for a long relationship with Naked insurance.

I object to the label "Amateur Reviewer" that I am given. My reviews, negative or positive thus carries little weight and will probably handled as such by the businesses I review. For that reason I will avoid Hellopeter and use other social media platforms for reviews.
