Insufusiand funds

This medical aid took debit order in the 23rd of December but no money in my account due to getting paid on the 25th of December. Now we can't go for our chronic medication due to insinuated funds. But now I ca t make an immediate eft because system does not work like that. How to fix this. My wife is a diabetic now she is going with out insulin.
