Insufusiand funds
This medical aid took debit order in the 23rd of December but no money in my account due to getting paid on the 25th of December. Now we can't go for our chronic medication due to insinuated funds. But now I ca t make an immediate eft because system does not work like that. How to fix this. My wife is a diabetic now she is going with out insulin.

Non existing service
I have placed order on Thursday becore lunch for delivery for Friday witch my wife never recveid for her birthday. I phoned the Monday then they would send it again, but again it was not send. I am waiting for my money back nut ni responses.
